North to Alaska!

After leading a somewhat nomadic existence for the past several years we've finally settled down for a while in Eagle River, Alaska. Eagle River is close enough to both Anchorage and some of the most gorgeous wilderness in the world to make it an ideal place for a photographer. It is truly stunning. Alaska is one of those places that ruins the rest of the world for a person. We've been here since December and although it's been hectic, as moving always is, we've had enough time to get some miles under the skis and put some halibut in the freezer. We have also completely redesigned this website and started an online journal. Hopefully the software will work well (I'll have more to say about the pleasures of django at some point), but there are sure to be some kinks, which I'll be working out over the coming weeks.
