I was born in Singapore and spent my formative years in places such as Dubai and Iran, which instilled a wanderlust in me that makes it difficult to stay in one place all year. While my commercial work has covered the photographic gamut from still-life, studio and location portraiture, aerial photography, and live performance photography, the focus of my personal and fine-art work has always been the landscape. In pursuit of the landscape image I have become accustomed to shooting anywhere and in any condition, whether it is the winter of Yellowstone for weeks at a time or the isolated wilderness of Alaska. I now make my home in Eagle River, Alaska.
