Thorofare Buttes | Teton Wilderness, Wyoming

I've added a couple new images to the database today from Wyoming. (They are in recent images) Both images are taken from the border between the Teton and Washakie wilderness areas near the Borner Fork of Butte Creek. The image above is looking into the Teton wilderness. The second is looking down into the Cabin Creek drainage of the Washakie Wilderness. This is wild country. Southwest of Yellowstone National Park, these two designated wilderness areas make up one of the largest, most complete wilderness complexes remaining in the lower forty-eight.
